Let's also talk about clans. For Destiny, players can set up clans on Bungie.net. A bunch of us on Den forums started one: www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/135557 . We have a few cool players on XONE there, some of which Brown and I have played Titanfall with. We also have a dedicated Destiny subforum on Den's board as well: denkirson.proboards.com/board/11/destinyI was thinking about creating one for HSV1, but since we don't have a lot of players in this game yet that might be overkill. You may already know: Destiny has this end game hardcore content called "Raid" that require heavy planning and coordination of a 6 player party (can't be done through matchmaking, must be partied up ahead of time). Brown/Aroc/Mal/Saggy: what do you think? How about joining Den's Clan first, and maybe creating our own later when and if necessary? I would like to create one for hsv1 if you guys are interested. I have two friends from work who just bought Xbox one and destiny both are interested in joining the clan. One is already at lvl 20 warlock the other just got his. I think we could easily pull off a skilled 6 man team. Might as well get the name out there. The guy who is lvl 20 is also very skilled at halo which I plan to carry hsv1 over too as we'll. We can easily get our name out there in the bungie community fairly fast as skilled as most of us are at these new gen games. |

I went ahead and registered the clan with bungie so we can attempt to recruit while the game is new and get the clan rewards offered. We need a minimum of 3 people to begin receiving rewards. Search HSV1 on the bungie website to join. I'm listed as Aroc22. The clan is listed as HSV1 hope to see everyone there! I read that members must join the clan so I went under the members section of the clan page below is the link. I'm down for whatever, just trying to grind to 20 with my Titan to at least qualify for raids, at 15 now. Once I hit 20 I'm gonna try and open all the defensive perks for raids. Not really a defense guy and enjoy the in your face attacks from titans but man, some of those defense skills will really come in handy come raid day. Got busy tonight but hope to hit 20 by the weekend.

Great, I have requested to join HSV1 group. Bungie.net is configured in such a way that a player can join as many group as he wants, but can only set one of them as XBox Clan, so I will be a group member of both HSV1 and DenK. Anybody here are very welcome to join DenK group as well, all you need to do is create a user on Den's forum. Due to the demanding nature of Raid planning, even if you decided not to join DenK group, I recommend you to visit denkirson.proboards.com/board/11/destiny from time to time so we can coordinate Raid activities over a bigger pool of players. I'll try to serve as the bridge between the two groups of players as well, once I can have more time playing games in October. |

While creating the group it said you can forge alliances with other clans. This allows you to compare stats, do missions together, and communicate among the clans. I think it goes without saying we should see if the denkirson clan would like to forge an alliance with HSV1 on destiny

There is a game mode on destiny called clash. It's a tdm playlist with no level advantages which gives lower level players a chance to actual do well compared to the regular crucible with level advantages. This playlist includes crucible gear rewards, crucible reputation, and XP bonus. We should get a group going in this playlist sometime.

If I understand correctly, all regular game modes disable level advantages. There is a special playlist thing that comes out once in a while, called "Iron Banner", which will have level advantage enabled. Aroc / Mal: I know you guys are avid Halo fans, which means you will enjoy Destiny PvP. While many of other Destiny players are only interested in PvE, we should be able to have fun in PvP just as much as PvE, if not more. Let's party up when we can for the fun to be had there. |

Right now I am tagged by Den bros on light organization duties for Den clan so I am setting DenK as my clan. At this point it seems to me that "setting as clan" or not does not make a significant difference. The only major noticeable thing is the clan tag you wear in game. However, I do believe that Bungie has some clan focused features coming up in the near future. |

It's on my to do list, I just haven't had the time but will get it done this week for sure. If anyone wants to make some dedicated threads with info, farming runs, joining the clan on bungee, whatever, go ahead and I will move them as soon as I get that section up.

From my understanding there is no limit to clan size so we should begin recruiting members ransoms or friends. I have several friends wanting in I just need to assist them in joining next time I have some spare time |

I will send out a mass email tomorrow morning. I used up all my email messaging today, while trying to get the word out to people about next weekend's clan war.
I also got another two names to add to the above list.
Witty....you are in charge of this. Make it happen. There are some people's at Den's place, but i think we can easily get 20 or more from here.
