The dates are screwy on these two articles. I have no clue when this stuff comes out. It's just soon.

I'll buy the extra slots, it's cheap...but don't want the camo, anyone can buy it...I like the camo for winning clans wars better. It's more exclusive.

Having to buy the extra slots is bullshit at its finest. You can sell all the bacon and whatever skins you want but to add a feature to the game is just shit. I wonder when groundwar will be on sale?

I bought some extra slots once in Bangkok. Needless to say, it took quite a bit of penicillin to resolve that issue...

I really don't see a need to purchase the extra loaudout slots. This isn't like previous call of duty games where you were restricted to 10 loadouts throughout the game, even after you prestige. It isn't hard to get more loadouts and it come at a very minimum cost of a few squad points. If you think about it, you actually have at most 60 loadout slots once you unlock all of the squad members and the loadouts for each one. You could customize each squad member for each game type and switch between squad members depending on the game type. If you really prefer to have all your options available at once, in the event you change games modes without having to worry about switching between squad members then the extra slots may be helpful or if your not that far ahead and don't have a lot of squad points to purchase the later squad members.
Recommendation = Not worth buying.
As for the new personalization packs, They are all fun looking and appeal to a variety tastes. Whether your looking for a cool new skin to go with your gun or a new patch to show off, there is a little something for everyone.
Recommendation = Have some fun!!!

i looked into it this morning, but when checking out the extra 'slots'.... they weren't showing up at the store.
I am doing something wrong (please, no slut jokes)
When i click on 'extra load out', it gives me a notice to go to the store. So i do.
My options are then "Season Pass", "Map Packs", Custom Packs" and "Avatar uniform"
Looking in the custom packs, there is nothing about the extra slots.
Here is my concern.... is this something only available IF you had purchased the season pass? Because I didn't. I individually bought the first map pack for $15. But this kind of sucks. IF i were to buy the season pass now, i would be charged $49.99, and only get three sets of new maps in the future. Kind of a rip off.
Anyone help on this?

I found a solution.
Get out of the CoD Ghosts game. Go through the Xbox Live menu system. Once on your home page, RB over....
> RB over to Games > d pad down to Browse Games > RB over to Add ons > d pad down to New Releases......All the CoD Ghosts DLC stuff is also found here. This is where the Add On pack is located.

That says next Tue, were you able to get it to work with the method above?

There were two sites reported two different things. And as far as the slots, for some reason, the in-game store wasn't allowing me to purchase the 10 slots. It just simply wasn't showing up on the menu. But yeah, like i said, when i went outside the in-game store, to the XBL marketplace, via the above steps, the 10-slot purchases was there to buy. I got them. I actually downloaded them this morning and have the 10 slots per class up and running.
For a $1.99, why not? I spent $30 on drinks at a bar just last night. What's $2 for some extra CoD stuff, no big deal. I think i will use them. I am going to follow/use the same setup I had for BO2 (I have all ten character classes already unlocked)
- I'm going to set up designated Game Modes per my ten characters now. a TDM person, a Dom person, SnR/SnD, Blitz, etc...
- Each of the above ten characters will have three of it's ten slots filled with the same load-out, so all ten characters will have these three classes featured in all... 1) A stealth mode for SATspam (most likely the HoneyBadger) , 2) an Anti-Air class to shoot crap down, with my favorite LMG - M27 plus launcher, and 3) My favorite RnG class featuring the MTar, that can handle IED spam and have a 9-bang to take out nuisance sentries. All characters will have these three classes, so no matter what game mode i am in, these are ready. I will switch to them a lot.
Slots 4 through 10 will be used for customized loadouts unique to that particular game mode. Seven classes are more than enough.
This really worked well for me in BO2, so going to use the same technique again. In tight games, i will often switch classes four to five times in a game.

Stone, I am not as cool as you, I only have four classes unlocked right now. But I will be doing pretty much the same with those. #1 will be HC, #2 will be SND / SnR, #3 TDM / CC and #4 will be Dom / Blitz. The one thing I noticed last night is that I am lacking a "good team" class. This is the one with Ground Jammer and Air Super on it.

Some of the micro transactions stuff is pretty cool it just pisses me off when they sell something that should be there in the first place ya know
