THe rules are 1.)you must have a video camera, if it ain't on tape, it did not happen. 2.)The challenges are NOT to be taken seriously, have fun, BE DIFFERENT.
The first is a forearm plank. In the world of DDPYoga it is called "Alligator Plank". Do it as long as possible with horrible music in the background:

Ok no video needed. I just tried it on my office floor. A few things I noticed:
1. Even though I play hockey a few times a week, I am not in very good shape. 2. My office carpet is pretty dirty.
Needless to say, I will try the next one, but can we do something while sitting in our chairs?

Got a youtube account? You can post it there and set it to private Unlisted, only users with the link. Or just public and post the link here. There is no way to attach a video to the forum, a link only. The code to imbed it would look like this, this is heavy's video..

It's not a competition. We are not competing with each other. We are challenging our own limits. BTW, a private video can only be viewed by someone on an approved list, what Saggy is talking about is "unlisted". There is public, unlisted, and private.

You can, but the trick is to have it on your Youtube account first. Whether you type it out like stone did, or use the little Film Board it will show the same.

I will be going over it again trust me. I am considering doing some in depth studying of nutrition after I get my DDPYoga Instructor Cert.

She's no nutritionist. But she's been into the whole organic/healthy eating lifestyle for years. From making her own breads, organics, to co-ops, and other things. I try my best to ride along. The blog thing is just something she goes in spurts with. Does it for a while, then takes a break. She has gotten some jobs with some pretty big companies/food networks at times. Like a deal with Chevy a year or two ago of all things. It's a weird industry, the food blogging/blogger thing.
As far as the yoga, like I mentioned to you, she's been in and out of yoga over the years, but recently has gotten into it again pretty heavily. The Bikram Hot Yoga. She swears by it. I think any yoga is good though. They all get a person to a similar end-goal, just taking different paths.

So just for consistency purposes is there a maximum amount of time you can rest at the top or a maximum count or something?

Alright ignore all the seriousness and assholeish behaviors LOVE IT!!!!! When you challenge yourself you are going to saying some stuff. And when you realize you can go further than you ever thought you are going to be a little cocky. Great video man. Good job!
