I'm going to be ramping up my posting a bit more here again. It's time The new CoD game is here. And with that, a lot of who are friends are going to be playing CoD again (hopefully). Here's the deal. Many of us will be playing it. That's a given. What we are still sorting out is the level of clan stuff we will be doing. We are all trying to figure out this game. So here's what we know so far. Stay tuned to this thread for ongoing information and updates.
1. KNOWN FACT - BeachHead studios is running another Clan War season. Yes, the whole season yet again. November of 2014 to next September of 2015. The grind is real. Again. We are still trying to sort out information and i'll post stuff here as we move along.
2. KNOWN FACT - The new game did transfer over the clan over. The logo, the people, everything. The clan seems to be ranking up, but I have been told it's now stuck again. Figures.
3. KNOWN FACT - Beachhead is planning on doing a five day clan war mid month (the 15/16th weekend) and then a more formal Clan War over Thanksgiving. These two events will be dependent on whether the system is actually working yet.
4. UNSURE - I have no clue if the exo suit we won, due to winning the Clan Championships, has arrived. Did it?
5. UNSURE - I have no clue what features can be won by a clan advancing. This I am still sorting out.
6. UNSURE - We are planning on trying to do the clan wars again. We finished 17th in the world last year (out of over 120,000 clans), so why not try again? Whatever we did last time, we must be doing something right. But how we do things, how it will work, especially with the two systems going now (360 and XB1), I don't have answers for. It's very confusing now. Please be patient.

I am also trying very hard to sort out the HUGE nightmare'esque issue of sorting out who is on what system. Where are players are located. Some are on 360. Some are one the XB1. What is showing on the XB1 console clan list? I 'think' it includes both 360 and XB1 players, so it's a big mess right now on the new game. There is no way to differentiate between the two. At least on the XB1.
I sent out a mass XBL email to over 125 people, and got about 50+ responses back, ....but many of the people sent voice messages. I can't read these from my XB1 phone email app. That's not making it very easy. Some of those people may have sent messages from the 360, which is also problematic, as the XB1 can't decode them. Very confusing. A real clusterfuck, that I am trying to sort out.
Anyone reading this, share your thoughts. If you can't post or are just browsing, ...please be patient while we try to sort this stuff out.

If I can get my AW performance to an acceptable level (currently struggling), and the time slots of Clan War can fit with my weekly schedule (I usually can't play on Friday night and Saturday night, usually the 2 biggest nights of clan wars), I am definitely in.

You know I'm in on the wars. I'm not sure how many people are using the website anymore so we will probably have to round people up on Xbox 1 and in game.
From what im seeing on the app the clan is not leveling up. It's been at level 1 150 xp since day 0. Also, I can't add people to the active rooster, which needs to be done in order to participate in the clan wars.

Wed 11-05-15 Update: (and answering the above questions)
1. Website usage: - I'm going to post here regardless of whether it's one or 200 people looking. It's the easiest way to get information out to people, especially the few people who do the most. XBL, texting, those things take to much time to type messages. So i'll keep the updates in here, in this thread, for now.
2. RE: Phone App - The old iphone/ipad/smart phone app used in CoD Ghosts Clan Wars is officially closed. It's still running, but no more updates on it. Beachhead is now using a new app that is tied into the COD Adv Warfare game. One can download this app on your smart phones. I have it. It's just the "Call of Duty Advanced Warfare' app. Unfortunately, as was pointed out, part of it (like clan stuff) is not working. I have exchanged messages with FelixGallo. He is aware of it and his people are trying to fix it. No time was given on the fix. He is aware that the shotclock is ticking on getting it done. (see my twitter feed for the conversation)

*The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Companion App is available off iTunes and Google Play. iOS users need to make sure they're running at least iOS 7. Android users just need to make sure they have at least the 2.3.3 operating system installed.
3. Adding people - I have sent out two group messages to about 130 people so far. I have gotten a fair amount of feedback. We are slowly getting everyone together. Unfortunately, as said above, the console clan stuff isn't working very well either. Another difficult has been trying to sort out what system people are on. 360 or XB1. The console app includes both I believe (not 100% sure though) There is still a fair amount of confusion with this. I will start a thread on that probably tonight. Maybe even put it in this post.

I'm in! Now if we can get Stone to quit playing Destiny.... , I had some unfinished business to take care. And unfortunately, it's still not taken care of.
But on a serious note, I am trying to do a better job this year of balancing out my time. Last year kind of wiped me out, in terms of time commitments and doing all that clan stuff (in helping to get us to into the top 20 clans). I still feel drained. What I am trying to do (this time) is take my time. Rather than go nutball crazy on prestiging as fast as I can, playing ridiculous amounts of time initially racing for something that will ultimately mean jack shit...., ....I want to go a lot slower so the game can remain a tad bit more fresh later on. And play for fun, not worrying about stupid stats. I'm tired of stats. I'm tired of fake stat people who can't handle a tiny bit of competitive CoD playing, when all that matters is winning games. Last year opened my eyes a bit.
At least that's what I hope to do. We'll see.

don't worry the stats are so messed up its not funny. Once you prestige it no longer tracks the stats. Im prestige 2 and nothing has tracked since first lvl 50. so you are right stats don't mean shit!
and let us help you on getting the clan into top 20. don't do it all on your own. we are a clan and we should all participate. just let me know what you need help with.

A lot of good things did come out of last year. Not trying to be negative. I cant' stress it enough, but last year was the first time CoD ever had a formalized competition amongst all clans to see who was the best. One could even say this was the first time any game on a console has done this. For years you have all this sh1t talking about being 'the best': F1A2, Murder, LG, Wicked, this clan, that clan, well last year CoD forced clans to put up or shut up. And we did back it up. 17th in the world. I've said this before,...it's just a video game. But it's still a world ranking. It's not often one gets to be ranked in the world in something.
As a side bonus, I feel I have talked to BeachHead's studios Felix Gallo so much now, I know him on a first name basis. He was pretty cool to us last year and over time, ALWAYS went out of his way to answer literally every question and request we gave him. Even this week, I hit him up with a few questions, he answered back within minutes. Who gets that type of customer service in anything these days?

Here's what FelixGallo told me, about the exo suit we supposed got upon release. This was due to our winning the Clan Championships in Sep.
Go to > Operator > Customization > Custom Outfit 1 > Exo
Apparently what BHStudios gave us was something called the 'Centurion Exo'
There was also an exo suit that many people got, for pre-ordering. This one is called the 'Advanced Arsenal Exo'
I can't check this out right now. Maybe someone else can.

Good news: Beachhead has postponed Clan War placement for AW.
This will give SH more time to address the urgent issues, hopefully including the semi-broken matchmaking for XBL parties.

I like the game well enough to enjoy it. There are a couple of big problems with it though:
1) sometimes the games can lag horribly. Hopefully this has been addressed by last week's patch that should have all rolled out by now;
2) the game is very bad at supporting party integration XONE. Not sure if the latest patch has addressed that or not;
