The accolades keep pouring in with another rankings top 25 list coming in. This list? It's Reddit's Clan News page. Their rankings are a more 'opinion' based. It's run with a bit more emphasis on strength of schedule, who you played, how you did, and also how you finished up! Did you close strong, or limp across the finish line? So clans on here might not finish these rankings exactly where their point totals had them, depends on YoYo's opinion!
Is it the official final results? No. That's the BeachHead rankings. This ranking is a more subjective and opinionated top list. But that said, it's another rankings to use and a good one at that, as the guy who does has been religiously tracking and talking to the clans all year. He knows his stuff. So with that, he just put out his final rankings. Where did we fall?
He has us 13th in the world!!! Fucking awesome!

I would like those that get on this thread, take a min and read my post here. The stories with these clan wars were fascinating. I have a good one down below, as well as a nice reminder of just how competitive we were at the end. This below is one (of a number) of reasons why the Reddit YoYo news ranked us #13.

So if you look at my Clan Championship thread, you'll see a French Team called 'Zach Team Elite' winning the other half of the 12-person bracket last weekend. Zach Team Elite was truly elite and had a hell of a ride this year. They had won something like 8 of their last nine clan wars. Zach Team Elite ended up ranked #9 in the world. YoYo Reddit News has them ranked #7. That's up there!!
Zach Team Elite had a connection to us in a small way. In early August, they played one of the most epic clan wars all year, a war that saw 127 lead changes over the course of the two days. They ended up beating the SOW clan 510-504, a war FelixGallo personally tweeted about. If that weren't enough, the two clans then faced off AGAIN in the next clan war, this time with SOW beating them in an epic rematch! SOW would be the only team in beat Zach over the last number of months. SOW also beat another clan that war that was ranked in the top 20. Not only beat them, but made them drop out of the war. A clan you all might remember from our very first Clan year ten months ago. 'The British Mafia'. Remember them from the Platinum wars? Small world amongst the top clans.
Of course, we should all know the rest of the story. HSV1 ended up playing SOW in our half of the bracket, with HSV1 winning 299-218.
There are countless stories like this the past year.
