The mid-season/summer Clan Wars break is over. As posted on this board (in another thread), the end season schedule has been released. Six weeks left in the CoD Ghosts Clan War season, four more clan wars, then it's all over. BeachHead will then be taking the top clans in each bucket, and invite them to the Battle Royale/Super Bowl of top clans, for a end of the season clan war in September. We will make it? Who knows. We are right on the cusp now and seeing how there were over 105,000 who went into these clan wars....... that says something for our efforts.
So this it. And keep in mind, we'll probably never see another clan war set up like this again. Additionally, this very well may be it for any type of future clan competition set up. I'm not sure if I am ever going to go through this again. So please don't leave anything on the table here. No regrets. Do what you want it and make the best of it. For those of you who have helped, put forth the effort, you probably won't get many other opportunities in life like this, to say you had a chance to be in the top 20 of the entire world in an competitive endeavor. Yeah, it's just a video game, but it's still the entire world.
If you are interested in competing, please sign up on the Clan Section of this board. The official sign up sheet is located there. You can sign up there, or send me an email on XBL.
For those people who can't see that section, you need to you have membership status updated, to be a member of the clan. Send me a message on Xbox or on here, and i'll update it for you.
So best of luck, let's do this.

....additionally
PLEASE note that all remaining clan wars are only two nights now. No longer are we required to compete over the entire weekend, playing CoD Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. That was ridiculously stupid on BeachHead's part, and fortunately, they listened to me and a number of other clans who hounded them all of June to change this. So wiwth that, the remaining clan wars are all going to be short, two round wars. 4 hour round on Saturday, and a 4 hour round on Sunday. That's it. With a format like that, there is no room for mistakes. Be on top of your game, or go home.
The above being the case, PLEASE for the love of God, only sign up if you are serious about playing. Clan Wars are optional. If your schedule doesn't permit the time, you can't be there, that's ok. We all have lives. Check with me if you aren't sure. But if you know you will flake, not show, please don't sign up. But with such a short clan war, we truly do not have time to allow for any goof ups.
What we need for these last few clan wars, are people who can play BOTH rounds, show up early, and finish what they start. But most of all, people who not only know how to play CoD, but people who have the competitive mental/ testicular fortitude to hang in there under adverse competitive conditions. They can take a few losses or bad games and stick it out. Those of you still around, that's you. And yes, this is just a video game, it is just CoD, but this is a world wide competition. And as long as I am steering this ship, I'm not here to fuck around. We are going to finish what we started last year in November of 2013. We are gunning for the top 20, and in the next six weeks, we are going to go for it.
Note - as before, we will be dropping clan members who cannot participate. Those of you dropped, please do not send me hate mail or nasty messages asking 'why'. This has been explained well over fifty times this year. The drop is only temporary. We are only dropping non-playing people for two days, and will pick you back up on Monday. We are doing this so as to allow the clan a better opportunity to compete. We have well over 100 members in this clan. We do not want to go compete in a 100 person bucket/division, and then have sixty of you not show up. That's a recipe for an ass-kicking.
thanks.
