This shit is pretty interesting. The stats from every single pro team that competed at the recently World Championships.
Stats by overall performance. Per game mode. And then even per map.
What's funny is that while the public lobby players stress over KD ratio, probably 90% of the pros at the CoD world's had their KD ratios between 0.90 and 1.20. I think the best I saw was maybe 1.42? Everyone is bunched right up around 1.00. Had to feel sorry for the Korean bros though. I really think our clan would have beaten these four guys. They got SMOKED. All their guys went very deep negative.
Final team placing were

Although you can't compare their KDs to normal players. Those are stats of top players vs top players. I'm assuming their stats would be WAY different in pub lobbies. I think they could rock massive KDs if they were pub stomping. However, you are right that they play to win, not to artificially inflate their KDs.

Any idea what these guys public match KDs are? These guys don't really ever play public matches. If they are, it's just for live-streaming purposes, and they are kind of fucking around. My point in bringing up the KD ratios, is just how evenly balanced some of these high end competitions are. |
