At this point many of us are playing Destiny. With CoD:AW (11/04, 11/03 if you go with Day Zero) and Halo MC (11/11) coming out next week, things probably will change dramatically. What's your plan? List your top 3 choices for next months if you are willing to share As for me, I am thinking about 1) Destiny 2) Halo 3) CoD:AW Of course, my time spent on these games will be largely dependent on what people on my friends are playing, especially you guys Sunset Overdrive comes out on 10/28. I assume that nobody is interested in picking it up? BTW, the game "Evolve", winner of many rewards at this year's various game conferences, will have a "Big Alpha" on XONE on 10/30 - 11/2. Preorder will guarantee alpha access. Any interest there? It will also have an official beta next February.

Looks like all you guys are going to pre-order CoD AW and start at day zero (11/03)?
Since I have not spent much time on Destiny, I probably won't be buying CoD AW until 1-2 weeks after the release. I will be looking to you guys for impressions on how solid the game is before going for it.

I will definitely go with digital download. Unless there are something extremely attractive about the disk version, I am going digital by default from now on. Neither Monday nor Tuesday are my gaming nights though, so I can afford to wait a couple of days. May at least wait until Thursday to see how you guys like it

How many of you are going to play at the early morning hours right after the game is released? I can play on early Monday morning. Otherwise the earliest time I can play on Thursday. If we have enough interest on "day zero hour zero" excitement, I'll pre order and join the fun .

Alright, I will be there too . On 11/02 I will be playing Destiny until the gate is open and immediately switch. Is the game available to everybody in US at the same time, or by time zones?

I have just pre-purchased it digitally. Pre-download will happen tonight when I get home, and I will be ready to go as soon as the gate is open on 11/03 at 3am ET / 12PT.

how did you do that? you can pre own load it? Tell me your trick great one!! I do not want to stand in line for hours and punch little kids, like Mal Gato, in the face! Click the link in my post, log in, and purchase the thing digitally. You can then download it to your XONE right now, and have it sit there waiting until the gate is open A few notes: 1) Unlike preorders from Amazon or retailers with physical stores, the purchase is non refundable; 2) Digital purchase in general has a few things to be aware of: a) take hard drive space, but you don't need to worry about putting disks in. Great if you are playing several games at the same time (say CoD & Halo). If you are worried about limited disk space, you have 2 options: i) you can always uninstall a game you don't play and reinstall it later when you want to play it again; ii) you can buy portable hard drives (which are getting bigger and bigger as well as cheaper and cheaper) and configure them to work with XONE. Most popular hard drives are supported; b) you can't trade it in, say to GameStop, for cash when you no longer want to play the game. The nice thing on the other hand, is that you can play it on any XONE. Also, if you have 2 XONE in the same house, you can play it on both (by setting one as home console but don't log in with the gamertag that purchased it, and the other using the gamertag that purchased it); Since I never trade in my games, and I plan to get another XONE so my wife and I can play together (mainly Halo, maybe Destiny) from time to time, I have decided to go digital only on any game purchases from now on. 1 XBL subscription, 1 game purchase, playable on both consoles for multiple gamertags (one with XBL gold, others don't need to).
